Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
30-day easy returns. If you don't love your Aphratti piece, send it back within 30 days for a full refund. No questions asked.

How do I start a return?
Reply to your order confirmation email with your order number, and our team will send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return at our warehouse.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a Size & Fit Guide with model measurements and detailed sizing information. When in doubt, size up — most of our pieces are designed with a relaxed, comfortable fit.

What if my item doesn't fit?
No problem! Use our 30-day return policy to send it back, or reply to your order email and we'll help you find the right size.

Can I change or cancel my order?

How do I care for my Aphratti pieces?
Care instructions are included on every product page. Most pieces are machine washable on gentle cycle — hang dry or tumble dry low for best results.

What if my item arrives damaged?
We're so sorry! Reply to your order email with a photo of the damage, and we'll send a replacement right away — no need to return the damaged item.
