At Aphratti, we want you to love every piece you buy. If something isn't right, our 30-day return and refund policy makes it easy.

30-Day Easy Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unworn, unwashed item in its original condition with tags attached for a full refund.

What's Eligible for Return

  • Unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached
  • Items in original packaging (when applicable)
  • Items without signs of use, damage, or alteration

What's Not Eligible

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" on the product page
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email with your order number
  2. Our team will send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
  3. Pack the item(s) securely and attach the label
  4. Drop off at any USPS or UPS location
  5. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return at our warehouse

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Reply to your order email and we'll help you exchange. Exchanges are free and ship within 1-2 business days of receiving your original item back.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reply to your order email with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement right away — no need to return the damaged item.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by replying to your order confirmation email. After 2 hours, your order may have already shipped.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free on all US orders. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
