RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your Aphratti purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

RETURN WINDOW
30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.

ELIGIBLE ITEMS
- Unworn items in original packaging with tags
- Items received damaged or defective (replacement or refund)
- Wrong size or color (free exchange or refund)

NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS
- Items worn, washed, or with visible signs of use
- Items without original tags
- Final sale items (clearly marked on product page)
- Gift cards
- Items past the 30-day return window

RETURN PROCESS (FREE for US customers)
1. Initiate return via Shopify Inbox (Settings → Inbox → start conversation)
2. Receive prepaid return label (US only; international customers pay return shipping)
3. Pack item securely with original packaging
4. Drop off at any USPS / FedEx location

REFUND PROCESSING
- Refunds issued within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
- Refund issued to original payment method
- Email notification when refund is processed

EXCHANGES
- Free size / color exchanges (subject to availability)
- Exchange requests processed within 24 hours

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- US customers: FREE (we provide prepaid label)
- International customers: Customer pays return shipping costs
