All orders ship from our US warehouse. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Orders placed before 2pm EST ship same business day. Orders placed after 2pm EST or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

Returns

30-day easy returns. No questions asked.

If you're not completely in love with your Aphratti piece, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to start a return:

1. Reply to your order confirmation email with your order number
2. Our team will send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
3. Pack the item(s) securely and attach the label
4. Drop off at any USPS or UPS location
5. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return

Return conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
• Final sale items are clearly marked and not eligible for return
• Free return shipping on all US orders

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Reply to your order email and we'll help you exchange. Exchanges are free and ship within 1-2 business days of receiving your original item back.
